"I've been to other gymnastics class a year ago. This class was totally different experience than that. I was admired the sportsman spirit and how kids are disciplined. Yes of course they are processing time that distracted, yet class was nice balanced with playtime and learning time. Their game include the skill practice so my son are smiling all the time! That made me keep coming here. My son is always running around and having difficulty to stop moving. But once he got into class, he observes other kids and act differently than usual. That's the another thing I was surprised too. Same age kids in the class listened well and instructor are very patients. "The best thing I've done for myself in many years is join up with Positive Impact Martial Arts under chief instructor Greg Maye. Here you get the kind of workouts that hurt like heck, and oh so good. Here, I've developed muscles I didn't even know I had. Made friends with people I never would have met otherwise. Perhaps most exciting, quickly learned a great deal about Tae Kwon Do and martial arts at large, due to the sheer intensity of the workouts and training.
